Well done for one week I’m in my preparation for Ironman Klagenfurt, Austria June 30th
The first week went well good with no less than 14H training.
The next two weeks will be to be near the same volume.
My feelings are surprisingly good. My coach, Guy Hemmerlin, I tweaked a plan to adapt this new adventure.
I did a long test "ride" to begin to see what might be failing at mechanics, see what gear ratio to use and also the type of wheel drive.
During the week I would start to swim in the sea in order to regain sensations other than the pool.
Over the days and weeks I will keep you aware of my progress in my planning and also my feeling.
