It has been a long time since I am involved on my site and to give you of my news(short stories).
The objective of this year is before any indulging itself always in the training with my sparing-partner Camille and marries which progressed well, she(it) manages well to follow me now and also allows to take good relays in bike and to grow well in running; without forgetting my 2 good faithful gays Jean Kreder and coconut(coke) Juanico river which reserves us moreover a pleasant surprise for the next year.
This year started well by going to make the crossing of the Thailand in bike of Bangkok for Phuket.
1200KM traveled(browsed) with the internship(training course) to Thanyapura.
This trip was of a good level this year still of the natural side and seen all that it of beautiful there, roads.
We were with Chris Cormack and Jurgen Zack exchanged well on the training … Too great.
Here is I recovered well from the beginning of year, I guarded my coach Guy Hemmerlin for my tenth year.
My main goal is to make a good running(race) for Busselton ( Australia) on 70.3 on May 3rd, 2014.
Well swim, , well bike and well to run(roam).
The second running(race) we shall see according to the shape if I leave for a new 70.3 to Mandurah ( Australia) or Ocean Indian Triathlon in November, 2014.
