Wake up at 8:00, we appreciate that it was a long time did not permit restless

It's raining, it's windy, but we had set a time running up and go.

I have good feelings, the course is nice, along the canal.
Things are starting to move and trucks stamped IRONMAN circulate more.

6PM departure for dinner, a good plate of spaghetti with zucchini and salmon .... We met a couple Americans, a gay from New Zealand and the Canadian Michele.
It's cold ... I take this opportunity to meditate and visualize my race on Sunday.
